prop

For one of our props Vale made a party poster that we are going to use in the computer chat between me and my best friend before I sneak out. This prop is important because it helps give context to the story and shows why the main character even wants to go out in the first place. Instead of just saying there’s a party, the poster makes it feel more realistic and believable.

The poster is going to show up in the messages on the computer screen so the audience can see the details of the party and understand the motivation behind his decision. It helps build the narrative without using too much dialogue and adds to the realism of the film because it looks like something a real high school party would have.

I think this was a really smart idea because small props like this help tell the story visually. It also connects to our thriller vibe because the audience sees the setup before everything actually happens. Overall the party poster helps develop the plot, gives background information, and makes the whole sneaking out scene more meaningful.
